3. 3. The property display on Sairooms portal belongs to their respective owners only.
4. 4. The Sairooms offers services on digital platform no physical visits shall be entertain.
5. 5. The Sairooms is a digital platform and the rent finalization power belongs to respective owners only.
6. 6. The Sairooms executive upload the rental properties actual pics only.
7. 7. The Sairooms executive shall entertain and upload the good fair rental property but in case for incidence or mishap any disaster then the No claim will be acceptable by Sairoom management.
8. 8. The Sairooms is a digital platform for information purpose to make the searching of rental properties in easy mode, and have no connection in between house owners and tenants dealing, fixing of rent, advances & delay in payments by tenants any forgery fraud dispute in present and in future.
9. 9. Sairooms run by and managed by Sairooms pvt ltd and the decision of management will be final in all case.
10. 10. Sairooms will conduct the ONLINE exams on general awareness for students once in a year.
11. 11. Sairooms has taken registration charges for their services provided @ RS.100/- per user valid for three months and @ RS. 100/ per student who appear in written objective online exams on general awareness conducted by Sairooms valid for six months.
12. 12. Sairooms allow one registration for searching and finalizing one property hence once the user got the rental property through sairooms services will be auto deactivated.
13. 13. Subject to Raipur CG judiciary.
